Frozen

Seems like winter has arrived to most of the nation....Some with moisture, some without...We were the without group.
Our high was 25* and the lows around 10*. With the wind, it felt like -4!
Today was beautiful! Blue skies, a light breeze and COLD! A perfect day to hop in the razor and check the stock tanks for ice.

Me and my buddy all geared and getting ready to head out..

Frozen creek.

Ice cubes....Created by water splashing outta the water tank....Kinda cool looking I think....Everything else checked out fine. And I had a wonderful ride!

Hope everyone is staying warm out there!

Thanks for stopping by.

  4. Lots of formations along the lake shore yesterday. Hard to get my body to accept the cold still, I need to thicken my blood, or just get the coveralls out.

  6. We got a dusting of snow last night to go along with our cold weather. Brrrrr! Yesterday, our furnace quit and it was getting mighty cold in here. Thankfully, the repair guy came and, after a trip back to town, had the right part, so I could eventually shed a few layers. I like your ice photos, even if they make me cold just looking at them! Have a great weekend, Cheri!

Beautiful shots, but then I'm silly and love winter.

  10. Everything froze here. Not all the trees had lost their leaves and now they are all brown and crinkled same with whatever was still flowering. Everything is dead looking. M
